In an effort to promote Cycle Zydeco to a broad audience and alleviate registration duties from its limited staff, a website was created to communicate the festival experience, complete with an online registration form.

Cyclists from across the country eagerly await online registration to open in order to secure their tour placement. Therefore, a registration portal was developed to allow administrators to view how many people are on the form at the same time as well as how many forms are completed in order to control the number of registrants.

In 2010, 300 individuals were registered within 15 minutes of opening registration through our online registration form.
