Why It Worked
Graham Group created a direct mail piece illustrating that Lane rehabilitation was only a stone’s throw away with complete instructions on throwing the stone and detailed the spectrum of Lane’s rehabilitation service offerings.  This piece opened the door for a call from a Lane rehabilitation customer service representative.  In just three months, inpatient rehabilitation saw a 20% increase in patients.  Outpatient rehabilitation had a 15% increase, and Lane home health experienced a 40% increase.
